Although the domestic relations courts in Ohio have implemented some restrictions and safety protocols, the courts in Northeast Ohio remain open for new filings.

While the Stay at Home order is in effect, most court hearings are being conducted over telephone and documents are being sent to the court electronically. These changes do not affect your ability to start a new divorce or dissolution.
