A dissolution of marriage is by far the easiest and least expensive path to divorce. We offer a simple, affordable flat-fee payment structure for our dissolution clients.
In a dissolution, you and your spouse will reach an agreement settling all issues before filing any documents with the Court. If you have children, there is usually a Shared Parenting Plan governing parenting time and custody and child support issues. Once you submit the signed agreement to the Court, the Court adopts your agreement in its Decree of Dissolution and terminates your marriage.
