Just ahead of the new changes in Ohio’s child support laws, we are launching a new service that will allow us to offer our family law knowledge to more Ohioans than ever before. We take the guess work out of your support numbers with our new Child Support Analysis service.
The service is available to anyone subject to a Ohio child support order. Clients will be able to sign up, fill out an online form, and receive an analysis from an attorney stating how much their support will be based on the financial and family information provided.
If you have never had a child support order, we will let you know what your child support is likely to be.
If you already have a support order, we can let you know if you are eligible for a modification based on an increase or decrease in income, loss of employment, the emancipation of a child, or a change in custody from one parent to the other. This information will give you the information you need to know if it is worth seeking a modification through the court or the Child Support Enforcement Agency.
