Yesterday, Ohio Governor Mike Dewine issued a Stay At Home Order, closing “non-essential” businesses to close and prohibiting any gatherings with non-family members outside of the house.
The order goes into effect at 11:59 pm on Monday, March 23, 2020.

Legal services and courts are permitted to continue operations under the order as essential businesses and we will continue our business operations as normal.
Even though we are permitted to work in our office, we are doing our part to stem the spread of the Coronavirus. We are transitioning to work-from-home operations effective Monday, March 23, 2020.
Attorney Budde and staff will be in the office sporadically and only as necessary to conduct business (e.g. checking mail or picking up case files).
