As a result of Ohio Governor DeWine beginning to “re-open” Ohio, I will be modifying the temporary hours in my Legal Division offices responsibly.

Effective May 14, 2020:
The General Division and Family Court Division of the Clerk of Courts will be open as follows:

We have resumed using the attorney mailboxes located within my office. Please be sure to resume checking them regularly.

All social distancing orders apply to our office and we will limit the number of occupants allowed in our offices. This includes the need for limited staffing to ensure compliance. Please be patient and anticipate delays.

While facial coverings are not required by the Governor of Ohio, the Stark County Clerk of Courts strongly recommends that you wear a facial covering while conducting business in our offices. All Stark County Clerk of Court’s employees will be wearing a facial covering to help protect you.

Visitors to my office in the Family Court Division must wear a facial covering to comply with the “Temporary Order-COVID-19” filed by the Stark County Family Court on May 12, 2020.
